1. Summary
Main use does not require a Titan account. The vault and its configuration are primarily managed on-device. Titan Box includes no ads, Google Analytics or AD_ID. Google Play purchases, technical diagnosis, backups, sharing or export can nevertheless involve providers or destinations chosen by you.
2. Local information and permissions
Notes, files, folders, attachments, credentials, preferences, Trash, settings and data needed for operation are primarily processed locally with app security controls. PINs, passwords, seed phrases and private keys must not be sent to support. If you enable Intruder Selfie and grant permission, the camera may create a local image associated with an access attempt. Android controls permissions, which you can review or revoke in the system.
3. Recovery, backup, temporary files and voluntary actions
The Recovery Protocol is local. Manual encrypted backups are created and saved to a destination you choose; their password, retention and deletion also depend on you and that destination. Some operations may require sensitive temporary files within controlled app scopes and clean them when applicable; flash storage cannot promise physical secure erase. Clipboard, sharing, viewing, export and backup-destination selection are voluntary actions: the recipient or app chosen applies its own practices.
4. Google Play and offline access
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Titan Box queries the state needed to recognize access. It may retain a recently confirmed valid entitlement for limited offline grace so a legitimate purchaser is not blocked by a temporary interruption; that grace does not grant access to unknown, new or unconfirmed purchases and can end when cancellation or expiry must be verified. Google processes transactions, accounts and related data under its policies.
5. Technical diagnosis and no advertising
The app uses Firebase Crashlytics components to diagnose failures. They may process technical data such as app version, device, operating system, error state and technical installation identifiers needed for diagnosis. We do not use Google Analytics, AD_ID or advertising. Do not include vault content or secrets in reports or support email.
6. Website
This website is static and uses no forms, analytics, trackers, marketing cookies, remote fonts or third-party CDNs. The contact link opens your email client. A hosting provider may process standard technical logs once published; that configuration will be reviewed before deployment.
7. Purposes, recipients and transfers
The described processing provides requested features, security and maintenance, purchase recognition, support and diagnosis. Recipients may include Google Play and Firebase/Google; sharing, export or backup adds a destination you choose. Providers may operate internationally under their own policies and applicable mechanisms.
8. Retention, rights and changes
Local content remains until you remove, restore, uninstall or run a destructive flow. Backups and exports follow their destination’s rules. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or complaint. For data Titan may process outside the device, email info@titanapps.eu without secrets. Titan Box is not specifically directed to children. This policy may be updated when the app, site or applicable requirements change.
