1. Purpose and license
Titan Box is an Android tool for organizing notes, files, credentials and other personal information. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under these Terms and Google Play rules. No right in marks, code or materials is granted beyond permitted use.
2. Account, credentials and device
A Titan account is not required for the main flow. You are responsible for your device, PIN, passwords, seed phrases, private keys, backup passwords and access codes. Titan does not possess those secrets and cannot recover them if lost. Keep Android current and your device protected from physical access, malware and system modification.
3. Purchases and access
Available purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds and payment terms are governed by Google Play and applicable law. Access recognition may depend on purchase verification; limited offline grace does not create a permanent right to access without verification. Legacy purchases are recognized only where applicable and are not a new offer.
4. Recovery, backup and content
The Recovery Protocol is local. Manual encrypted backups, restores, file destinations and their passwords are the responsibility of the person creating them. Before changing phones, deleting content or running a sensitive flow, verify the backup and preserve its credentials. Titan does not guarantee recovery of content that is lost, shared, exported, damaged or deleted.
5. Deletion and sensitive features
Trash and permanent deletion are different actions. Destroy session is not the same as Self-Destruction or a destruction code; each feature has its own effects and some actions can be irreversible. Intruder selfie, Chameleon Mode, Tools, Metadata Cleaner, Shredder, sharing, viewer, export and clipboard require deliberate choices. Logical deletion does not guarantee physical secure erase of flash storage.
6. Permitted and prohibited use
Do not use Titan Box for unlawful activity, infringing third-party rights, bypassing security, distributing malware, reverse engineering except where mandatory law permits, or interfering with the app or related services. You are responsible for content you add and compliance with rules concerning digital assets, seed phrases, personal data and exports.
7. Third parties, updates and compatibility
Android, Google Play, Firebase Crashlytics, manufacturers, sharing destinations, email providers and backup locations may be involved through features or your choices. They are governed by their own terms. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features for security, compatibility, maintenance or reasonable operational reasons. Some features depend on Android version, permissions or hardware.
8. Warranties, liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided as offered, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or invulnerable. Titan is not liable for lost credentials, missing backups, compromised devices, destructive actions, sharing/export choices or third parties. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Where lawful, you agree to indemnify Titan against third-party claims caused by your unlawful use or breach of these Terms.
9. Changes and general provisions
We may update these Terms and will publish the current version here. If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play rules form the complete agreement about Titan Box. They do not impose a worldwide exclusive jurisdiction or waive mandatory rights.
